Each of the election officers of any primary election shall have the same powers as provided in § 4946 of this title.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 15 Sec. 3142
- Election officers: means the inspector of election, the 2 judges of election and the clerks of election who are appointed for each election district under § 4702 of this title. See Delaware Code Title 15 Sec. 101
- Primary election: means an election at which voters registered as members of a major political party may vote to determine the nominees of that political party for the general election. See Delaware Code Title 15 Sec. 101
