Sec. 9.5. The board shall issue a temporary license to an individual to be a psychologist if the individual:
(2) has passed an examination substantially equivalent to the level for which licensure is being requested;
(1) has a valid license or certificate to practice from another state or jurisdiction;

- Board: means the state psychology board. See Indiana Code 25-33-1-2
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Psychologist: means a person who is licensed under this chapter to engage in the practice of psychology. See Indiana Code 25-33-1-2
(3) does not have a pending disciplinary proceeding in another state; and
(4) pays a fee.
