Nothing in this chapter may be construed to require that a health carrier defined in RCW 48.43.005 contract with a person licensed as a physical therapist assistant under this chapter.

Terms Used In Washington Code 18.74.128
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- person: may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation or limited liability company, as well as an individual. See Washington Code 1.16.080
- Physical therapist: means a person who meets all the requirements of this chapter and is licensed in this state to practice physical therapy. See Washington Code 18.74.010
