(1) A credit union may admit to membership those persons qualified for membership as set forth in its bylaws.
Terms Used In Washington Code 31.12.384
- Credit union: means a credit union organized and operating under this chapter. See Washington Code 31.12.005
- Organization: means a corporation, partnership, association, limited liability company, trust, or other organization or entity. See Washington Code 31.12.005
(2) An organization whose membership, ownership, or employees are comprised principally of persons who are eligible for membership in the credit union may become a member of the credit union.
