Terms Used In Washington Code 64.32.920
- Person: includes any individual, corporation, partnership, association, trustee, or other legal entity. See Washington Code 64.32.010
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
