The Board of Economic Development created by Chapter 1-16G and its functions are transferred to the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. The commissioner of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Tourism and State Development relating to the activities of the Board of Economic Development.
