Any registered pharmacist who permits the compounding or dispensing of prescriptions or the vending of drugs or poisons in his store or place of business, except under the personal supervision of a registered pharmacist, or any pharmacist who, while continuing in business, makes any false representations to procure registration for himself or any other person, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
