Terms Used In Maryland Code > HUMAN SERVICES > Title 10 > Subtitle 7 - Family Caregiver Assistance Program

  • Adult: means an individual at least 18 years old. See

  • Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
  • including: means includes or including by way of illustration and not by way of limitation. See
