Terms Used In Maryland Code, PUBLIC SAFETY 12-403

state: means :

(1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

(2) the District of Columbia. See

After notice and hearing as required under Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article, the Department may adopt additional requirements for safety glazing material.
