- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The results of a test held under Part II of this subtitle are not admissible as evidence of guilt or innocence in a criminal proceeding arising out of the alleged prohibited exposure.
