Terms Used In Idaho Code 31-4905

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • District: means a regional solid waste or domestic septage district created pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 31-4902
  • Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
No member of a district board, employee, or agent of a district shall acquire any interest in any property or contract of the district.
