Terms Used In Idaho Code 31-4920
- Commissioners: means the board of commissioners of each county within a district. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- District: means a regional solid waste or domestic septage district created pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- Participating county: means a county which elects, through action of the commissioners as provided in this chapter, to become a member of a district. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
A participating county may, with the consent of the commissioners of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the remaining participating counties, expressed by resolution, withdraw from a district. A county withdrawing from a district shall not be entitled to reimbursement of any funds or to any proportionate share of the property of the district.
