Terms Used In Idaho Code 33-3409
- board: means the board of directors of the Idaho bureau of educational services for the deaf and the blind as such board is established in section 33-3404, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 33-3402
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
The state board of education is authorized to, with the advice and recommendation of the board of directors, promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.
