The office of information technology services shall:
(1)  Take possession and control of the state’s integrated property records system previously created pursuant to section 58-330, Idaho Code;

Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-835

  • Information technology: means all present and future forms of computer hardware, computer software and services used or required for automated data processing, computer-related office automation or telecommunications. See Idaho Code 67-831
  • Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
  • State agencies: means all state agencies or departments, boards, commissions, councils and institutions of higher education but shall not include the elected constitutional officers and their staffs, the legislature and its staffs or the judiciary. See Idaho Code 67-831
(2)  Manage the state’s integrated property records system;
(3)  Lead the establishment of a standard format, workflow and technical procedures to permit updating of the integrated property records system with geographic and other relevant data and information received from state agencies; and
(4)  Lead the planning and deployment of multiagency enterprise use of the integrated property records system.
