Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-6624
- Person: means an individual, corporation, association, firm, partnership, committee, political party, club or other organization or group of persons. See Idaho Code 67-6602
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
All statements required to be filed with the secretary of state under this act shall be signed and certified as true and correct by the person required to file the same. Electronic signatures and certifications shall be governed by the uniform electronic transactions act, chapter 50, title 28, Idaho Code.
