Terms Used In Idaho Code 72-1102

Detention officer: means an employee in a county jail who is responsible for the safety, care, protection and monitoring of county jail inmates; and

Idaho Code 72-1103

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Act."
