Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-3111
- Board: means the state certified shorthand reporters board. See Idaho Code 54-3102
- Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
The board shall conduct the Idaho certified shorthand reporter examination at least once every year and may conduct additional examinations. The board shall give public notice of the time and place of each examination.
