(1) All fees received under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the division of occupational and professional licenses and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund. All costs and expenses incurred under the provisions of this chapter shall be a charge against and paid from said fund. Actual fees shall be set by administrative rule.
(2)   All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to annual renewal. License renewal and reinstatement shall be in accordance with section 67-2614, Idaho Code.

  • License: means a document issued by the division of occupational and professional licenses on behalf of the board officially documenting the individual’s right to practice as a driving instructor or to operate a driving business within the state of Idaho. See Idaho Code 54-5402
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
