The Legislature is authorized to join, as a participating member, the Pacific Conference of Legislators, or its successor. Members of the Legislature may serve as officers of said conference, which is an organization composed of legislative staff members and legislative bodies throughout the Western Pacific, the Legislature finding that its participation therein would be of public benefit.
