Terms Used In 3 Guam Code Ann. § 9120

  • Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.
  • Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
If the voter challenged refuses to take the oath tendered, or refuses to be sworn and to answer questions regarding the matter of the challenge, he or she shall not be allowed to vote.
