- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
All agencies, public corporations and instrumentalities of the government of Guam shall ensure that individuals with mobility disabilities, or are fifty-five (55) years of age or older, or veterans are allowed to move to the front of the line for customer service requests and remittance of payments, and treated on a first come
