- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
There shall be no right of jury trial in any civil action brought pursuant to this chapter, except to the extent mandated by the Organic Act of Guam and the Constitution of the United States.
