Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 20113
- Bail: Security given for the release of a criminal defendant or witness from legal custody (usually in the form of money) to secure his/her appearance on the day and time appointed.
If the bail neglect or refuse to pay the judgment within ten (10) days after they are finally charged, an action may be commenced against such bail for the amount of the original judgment.
