Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 20418
- Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
If the execution be returned, unsatisfied, in whole or in part, the plaintiff may prosecute any undertaking given pursuant to § 540 or § 555, or he may proceed, as in other cases, upon the return of execution.
