Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 22108

  • Juror: A person who is on the jury.
  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
A juror shall not be excused by the court for slight or trivial cause, but only when it appears that jury duty would entail a serious personal hardship,
