There is hereby created the “”Social Work Board Revolving Fund”” (Fund) within the Health Professional Licensing Office of the Department of Public Health and Social Services, specifically for use by the Board. All such revenues, including fines, shall be deposited into the Fund. Such funds shall be appropriated continuously and shall be used by the Board only for administration and enforcement of this Act. All fees and charges shall be set by the Board pursuant to its budget needs and shall

comply with 5 Guam Code Ann., Chapter 9. A designated officer of the Board shall oversee the collection and disbursement of funds. The Office of Public Accountability, or its equivalent, shall audit the Fund annually with reports to be submitted to I Maga’lahen Guåhan and the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan. The Fund shall not be subject to any transfer authority of I Maga’lahen Guåhan.
