Terms Used In 10 Guam Code Ann. § 85103
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
It shall be the duty of the Corporation to operate a self-sustaining health maintenance organization which shall offer health services at the lowest possible premiums to people of the territory of Guam.
