Attorney's Note
Under the Guam Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

y person who is required by the terms of this Division to obtain a license or licenses, and endorsements applicable thereto, and who refuses or fails to obtain such license or licenses, and endorsements, shall he guilty of a misdemeanor.
