Funding for the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps to administer and conduct the program in this Article may come from any or all of the following sources:

(a) Direct appropriation by I Liheslaturan Guåhan for the express purpose of funding the program created by this Article;

(b) Appropriations made to the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita
Educator Corps;

(c) Collections of past due amounts resulting from participants’
failure to complete service credit requirements;

(d) The operation budget of the Department of Education for staff development;

(e) Federal funds secured by the Department of Education for staff development; and

(f) Any other source of funding for which the use of money for the purposes herein is consistent with law.
