Terms Used In 18 Guam Code Ann. § 12114
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The period of duration of the corporation shall be fifty (50) years, subject, however, to the right of the stockholders and the members to dissolve the corporation prior to the expiration of said period as provided in
§ 12115.
