Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 3101

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
Estates in real property, in respect to the duration of their enjoyment, are either:
1. Estates of inheritance or perpetual estates;

2. Estates for life;

3. Estates for years; or

4. Estates at will.
