Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 15108
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
No appeal in any cause under this Chapter nor any bond or undertaking given therein shall operate to prevent or delay the vesting of title to such lands in the government of Guam.
