Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 29109
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
e application may be amended only by petition verified as in the case of the original. Such amendment may be ordered by the court on its own motion or upon the motion of any person interested in the proceedings.
