This Act applies to, regulates, and determines rights, obligations, and remedies under a rental agreement for a dwelling unit located within Guam. This Act applies only to residential leases. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Act and any provision of 18 Guam Code Ann. §§ 51101 –
51112, which covers both commercial and residential leases, the provision(s) of this Act shall prevail.
