(a) Public or commercial parking area and garages. (b) Public access to adjoining parking areas.
(c) Loading and unloading of automobiles or trucks, but not to use portions of required parking space.

(d) Service vehicle storage after commercial hours. (e) Utilities and public facilities.
(f) Accessory uses and structures for the above.
