Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 61636
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
Any changes of zones or approval of comprehensive community plan pursuant to this Chapter shall be endorsed and delineated upon the Zoning Map and shall constitute an amendment of said map.
