Notice of liens and certificates of discharge arising from the operation of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq.) must be filed in the manner provided in this chapter for federal tax liens, mutatis mutandis.
