Terms Used In South Carolina Code 38-31-130
- Association: means the South Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association created under § 38-31-40. See South Carolina Code 38-31-20
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
The association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its political subdivisions, except taxes levied on real or personal property.
