- Board: means the South Carolina Environmental Certification Board. See South Carolina Code 40-23-20
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
In addition to all other remedies and immunities provided for in this chapter, the board and its members have the authority to seek remedies for violations of this chapter and regulations promulgated under this chapter, and have the associated immunities for its actions, as provided by § 40-1-100. No bond may be required of the board by a judge as a condition to the issuance of an injunction or order contemplated by the provisions of this section.
