Terms Used In South Carolina Code 40-23-120
- Board: means the South Carolina Environmental Certification Board. See South Carolina Code 40-23-20
- Licensee: means a person currently or previously authorized to practice a licensed activity pursuant to this chapter and includes a person holding a license, permit, certification, or registration granted pursuant to this chapter. See South Carolina Code 40-23-20
In addition to any and all sanctions provided for in this chapter, the board has the authority to impose sanctions and take other actions as provided by § 40-1-120 in all proceedings before the board. Further, the board may take any other appropriate disciplinary action against a licensee including, but not limited to, requiring the licensee to undertake additional professional training, requiring an increase in surety bonding or imposing other security requirements, or imposing any other appropriate discipline or reprimand, including any combination of these sanctions.
