Terms Used In South Carolina Code 44-95-50

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
A person who violates § 44-95-20, 44-95-30 or 44-95-40 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars.
