No manual, minimum, or class rate, rating schedule, rating plan, or rating rule of or with respect to fire and allied lines or inland marine insurance, or any modification of the foregoing, which has been filed pursuant to the requirements of § 38-73-340 may be disapproved if the rates thereby produced meet the requirements of this chapter.
