(A) Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, Chapter 1 of Title 40 applies to the profession or business regulated under this chapter. However, if there is a conflict between this chapter and Article 1, Chapter 1 of Title 40, the provisions of this chapter control.

(B) Unless there is a conflict with other articles of this chapter, Article 1, Chapter 47 of Title 40 applies to all programs administered through the State Board of Medical Examiners.
