Terms Used In South Carolina Code 40-47-180
- Person: means a natural person, male or female. See South Carolina Code 40-47-20
- Reinstatement: means an action of the board in a disciplinary matter that authorizes the resumption of practice upon any terms or conditions ordered or agreed to by the board. See South Carolina Code 40-47-20
Costs and fines imposed pursuant to this chapter must be paid in accordance with and are subject to the collection and enforcement provisions of § 40-1-180. No person against whom a fine is levied is eligible for the issuance or reinstatement of an authorization to practice until the fine has been paid in full.
