- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
Without prior approval from the State Fiscal Accountability Authority or the Department of Administration, as applicable, the authority may not sell any real property or any buildings, terminals, or other permanent structures, excluding equipment, appurtenant to real property that are or may be used to carry out the purposes of the authority as provided in § 54-3-130.
