(a) Subject to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:21-2116, a foreign foundation’s registration under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:21-2102 authorizes the foreign foundation to engage in any registrable activity in this state.
(b) A registered foreign foundation:
(1) Has the same rights and privileges as a domestic foundation; and
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the same duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities now or later imposed on a foundation of like character.
(c) This chapter does not authorize this state to regulate the organization or internal affairs of a registered foreign foundation.

- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
