(a) A foreign foundation may change its registered office by filing with the secretary of state a notice of change of registered office.
(b) The notice of change of registered office shall set forth the information described in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:5-505(b).
(c) For purposes of subsection (b), the foreign foundation’s name is the name under which the foreign foundation registered in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:4-401.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 564-F:21-2112
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
(c) For purposes of subsection (b), the foreign foundation’s name is the name under which the foreign foundation registered in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 564-F:4-401.
