I. Any person transferred to the New Hampshire hospital under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 135:17 for observations as to sanity under court order shall be at state expense for the observation period only.
II. Any patient or resident of such institutions defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 126-A:34 or patient receiving care, treatment, or maintenance at the direction of the commissioner who has no means of support and no person chargeable for the patient’s or resident’s support shall be supported by the state.
