Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 141-A:3
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the department of health and human services. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 141-A:2
- Critical health problem: means any of the following:
(a) Lead poisoning. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 141-A:2
The commissioner shall determine by rule a disease, condition, or procedure which constitutes a critical health problem under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 141-A:2, I(c). A rule adopted under this section shall cease to be effective 5 years after the date the rule is adopted.
