The commission shall adopt rules approved, under RSA 541-A, relative to the selection and operation of agency liquor stores. These rules shall apply equally to all stores, except those generally licensed under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 177:14 and shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 177:10

  • Commission: means the state liquor commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1
  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
  • Liquor: means all distilled and rectified spirits, alcohol, wines, fermented and malt liquors and cider, of over 6 percent alcoholic content by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 175:1

XVI. Industry interest.
XVII. Applicants, stores, and employees.
XVIII. Special seasonal agency liquor stores.
